The key to better lung health, the easy and effective way in a hazy environment!!

In light of the recent haze situation, it is ever more important to protect your lungs from the toxins and particles present in the air. Here are some tips to counter the haze today:

1) Wear masks when going outside
This should be a no-brainer for some of you but many people still go out into the hazy environment without masks. The masks filters most of the pollutants entering our respiratory system in both the nose and mouth.

2) Boost your immune system
Your immune system blocks and protects your body from foreign entities, including the toxic chemicals present in your lung. Having a balanced, healthy diet with exercise would boost your immune system significantly.
